Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process
To start a return:

- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
